There is outdoor seating and hammock areas to enjoy the peaceful woodland atmosphere while studying or relaxing. Highland Woods is on the Appal Cart, which is the main shuttle transportation to the campus. Not all apartment complexes are on the Appal Cart! There is parking for each resident and visitors too!

The property is located approximately 1 1/2 miles from campus: close enough to get to quickly, but far enough away so you won’t be in the middle of the university life hustle and bustle.
